A real ballpark price in about five seconds — no email, no phone call, no waiting
Built from what we’ve actually charged, not a formula we made up
We looked at what we charged across residential window cleaning jobs around Central Texas and worked out what that came to per square foot of home. Most jobs landed in a fairly tight band. That band is what the calculator uses.
It’s worth being straight about what square footage can and can’t tell us. It’s a decent proxy for how much glass a house has, which is why the estimate is usually close. But it’s only a proxy. Two homes the same size can be quite different jobs — one might have a two-story wall of glass over the living room, the other standard windows all around. Same square footage, different amount of work.
That’s why you get a range instead of a single number, and why we always confirm the real price before scheduling anything. We’d rather give you an honest range now than a precise-looking number we have to walk back later.
Standard residential window cleaning covers the glass, the frames wiped down, and the sills and tracks cleaned out. Screens and hard water restoration are quoted separately since not every home needs them.
Residential window cleaning starts at $250. Smaller homes land at that minimum — the drive, the setup, and the equipment are the same whether the house is 900 square feet or 1,400.
It is a ballpark, not a quote. The estimate is built from what we have charged on homes of a similar size across Central Texas, so most homes land inside the range. What moves your actual price is the number of windows, the type of window, how reachable the glass is, and the condition it is in. We confirm the real number before anything is scheduled.
Two homes with the same square footage can have very different amounts of glass. A 2,500 square foot home with a wall of windows takes considerably longer than a 2,500 square foot home with standard openings. Showing a range is more honest than showing one number we would then have to walk back.
Yes. Residential window cleaning starts at $250. Smaller homes still land at that minimum because the trip, setup, and equipment are the same regardless of how small the job is.
Yes. The figure shown includes Texas sales tax so the number you see is closer to what you would actually pay.
No. Enter your square footage and the estimate appears immediately. If you want us to follow up on it, there is a button to send the estimate along with your details, but that is entirely optional.
Send us the estimate and we’ll confirm the actual price. Free, and there’s no obligation.
